All our holiday homes have a 12 month licence for HOLIDAY home use, allowing them to be used any time of the year

Our beautifully designed Lodges are built with the utmost care and attention to detail. Buy to Let

We now offer an attractive solution for those who would like their new holiday home to earn them money. Either let us rent your Lodge when you're not using it, or purchase your Lodge exclusively as a 'Buy to Let' investment.

We already have a successful letting operation for our caravans and bungalows and we will therefore add your Lodge to our letting fleet. You may wish to reserve certain weeks for use by you and your friends and family and we will book the remaining weeks.

There are no guarantees that your accommodation will let, especially in the quieter periods, but the main summer season should not be a problem.

The potential earning capacity of a particular Lodge depends on the number it sleeps and the weeks you make it available. We'll try and give you a reasonable estimate of the earning possibilities when you visit the park to view the Lodges.

We take a commission from all monies earned from letting your holiday home. This goes towards administration, leaflets, advertising, etc.

For a small fee we will also take care of the cleaning of the Lodge and the cleaning of the bed linen. We are always on hand to take care of any emergency maintenance issues.
