We offer a total of 120 pitches (grass and hard standing), that are spacious and well maintained. Many have electric hook-up facilities. The supply is 240 volt via a standard EEC 16 amp socket.
Our grass pitches (with or without electricity) are ideal for tents and trailer tents.
Drinking water and waste points are situated conveniently around the park. We set ourselves very high standards that are reflected in the cleanliness of our facilities. These include a toilet / shower block with free hot showers and a launderette.
We have 43 hard standing pitches with grass to pitch your awning and 6 Super pitches with their own electric, water and waste. In addition, several of our pitches are long enough to accommodate the largest of motorhomes such as Hymer B class, Autotrail Cheyenne and Scout, Rapido, Pilote and Dethleffs as well as some US RV's and 5th wheelers.

The Rotel Tour Bus (rolling hotel) rolls a coach and hotel into one unit. By day passengers sit in the front of the coach and by night they adjourn to the rear of the vehicle to enjoy their semi-private sleeping quarters. The 50-year-old German company Rotel Tours operates these coaches in many countries around the world and appeal to budget-conscious travelers who want to see the sights but don’t like 'roughing it' too much.

Our latest introduction is the stunning Camping Pod to accommodate a family of four. Made from fully treated solid pine, the Camping Pod is an insulated wooden hut on a solid base that thinks it’s a tent! Windows and doors are lockable and double glazed and the wooden exterior has felt tiles to protect against the noise of heavy rain.
Headroom is a generous 2.2m, and the interior dimensions are 3.3m long x 2.26m wide. A raised area of timber decking extends the 'living area' and provides somewhere to sun-bathe or prepare food.
Our Pods are light and airy with glazed double doors plus an opening window at each end. This helps to keep the living space well ventilated and aids 'through draft' on hot summer days. It’s also a really cosy sanctuary for when the weather is wet.
We describe our Pod as a more luxurious tent with curtains, so you need to bring all your usual camping gear with you, including bed roll or inflatable mattress, bedding, cooking gear, lighting etc. An electrical hookup is an optional extra. Think of it as a mini log cabin without any furniture or appliances.

Love Touring, but Tired of Towing?
If you are fed up with towing your caravan and setting it up every time you go away, a Seasonal Pitch at St Mabyn could be just the answer.
You would be able to leave your caravan on a hard-standing pitch all season (15th March to 31st Oct) and use it whenever you like.
For just £1200 incl VAT, a Seasonal Pitch would:
The cost includes the price of a hardstanding pitch, one car, one awning and space for a storage box (to be provided by customer). Electricity is included.
For more information, phone us on 01208 841677 or simply print out and complete the Seasonal Contract and return it to us.

Caravan storage can be a problem for long periods of the year when it is not in use. Some owners are lucky if they have a suitable space on their own property. This is the cheapest form of storage, with the advantage that you can keep an eye on your caravan and carry out maintenance at any time.
The main disadvantages of this form of storage are that it can offend neighbours and could possibly breach covenants on your property. It can also be a helpful clue to burglars that your home is empty when the caravan is not there.
We provide winter storage facilities whilst we are closed to the general public. This service is available from 1st Nov to 15th March.
Standard charge for winter storage
- £7 per week.
Special Offer for Seasonal Pitch holders: If you pay the £100 deposit for the seasonal pitch (2011 season), by 31st Oct 2010, we'll give you FREE winter storage until 15th March 2011 (19 weeks).
